The imposing 17th century Casa Santo Domingo has a privileged location within the colonial city located on a corner facing the Basilica of Santo Domingo, the fourth oldest basilica on the continent.

Casa Santo Domingo corresponds to the High Cartagena Colonial House, characterized by three stories: ground floor, original mezzanine and second floor and lookout tower or mirador. The facade has a large corner balcony and a beautiful stone doorway that opens onto the Plaza Santo Domingo.

Enter onto a cool vestibule from which one glimpses the tranquil central patio with its beautiful West Indian Elm.

Currently the house is divided into six (6) apartments of varying sizes, characteristics & views: there are 3 simplex apartments, 1 duplex & 2 that are triplex with balconies. All of the apartments have 24-foot high ceilings in the living rooms, a dining area & kitchen.
