Electricity shall be supplied by Landlord to a max of $325/mo. Any overage will be deducted from Tenant's security deposit. 2.One(1) full tank of liquid propane for heating the pool/spa shall be provided by Landlord. Subsequent fillings shall be at Tenant's expense. 3. Basic cable TV & internet are included. Additional services such as pay-per-view etc shall be at Tenant's expense. 4. Tenant pays long distance and toll calls.
