The 176 hectare property has frontage on the main road between Merida and Izamal, about 16 km from that great colonial town and roughly 48 km. from Merida, a 45 min drive or less. The private drive to the hacienda is approx. 1 km of all weather paved road.

There is an enormous dining room, large and gracious "sala" or sitting room and two large airy bedrooms in the main house. The chapel has a magnificent door and has been restored with santos, pews etc. The large shady "tejaban" or tile-roofed terrace offers yet another delightful and more informal outdoor sitting area. There are large corrals with elaborate gateways, restored hacienda jail, small but beautiful "fabrica" with spectacular old chimney from the era when steam-driven machinery processed henequen here.
