On the Chianti Florentine hills, surrounded by unspoilt countryside, is found this winery of 420 acres which includes a hunting reserve with a 15th century villa in good condition, a completely restored farm building with 2 annexes and 3 further country houses with various annexes to be renovated, scattered over the estate making a total living surface area of approx. 4,074sqm.

The main villa, built in the 17th century by a noble Florentine family and restored 20 years ago, has a surface area of approx. 1000sqm plus the cellars and the terraces and consists of ample living space with beautiful wooden ceilings and terra cotta floors that reflect the typical atmosphere of Tuscan country residences. On the south side of the villa, there is a large terrace with direct access to the Italian garden and swimming pool.

The U shaped building nearby the villa was restored in 2003 with rural tourism in mind. The outlying buildings are each found in peaceful and panoramic positions, and would be ideal for tourism activity.

The land is divided up into 70 acres of vineyard, 64 acres of olive groves, 91 acres of seeded land, 91 acres of wood land, 45 acres of uncultivated land and 18 acres of grazing land all in one main body.
The estate has a large wine cellar with a wine aging section and a bottling plant
