Kelly Borza is a native Floridian who moved to Boca Grande in 2002 after graduation from the University of Miami (FL). Kelly has been a Realtor® with Gasparilla Properties since 2006. She was Rookie of the Year for the Englewood Area Board of REALTORS® and was a nominee for the International Rookie of the Year Award from Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate® and the Board of Regents®.

Kelly is a member of the local, state, and National Association of Realtors®. She has earned her e-PRO® certification, which recognizes her ability to provide high quality and innovative technology-geared real estate services. She was the Chairman of the 2009 Public Relations Committee for the Englewood Area Board of Realtors®; a committee on which she served for 2 years. Following that, Kelly created a local Young Professionals Network with the desire to help guide other young entrepreneur agents be successful in their real estate businesses.  In 2010 and 2011, Kelly served as the elected Secretary of the Englewood Area Board of REALTORS ®.

Kelly is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and as such, specializes in connecting luxury and island home buyers with property that fulfills their preferred lifestyle.  In her free time, Kelly enjoys creating paintings of the local wildlife and people of Boca Grande.
