Growing up in an early home on the banks of the Rappahannock River, Emily experienced the charmed life of this rural Chesapeake Bay country. She has been able to translate her relationships and experiences into an extremely rewarding career in marketing local properties to prospective purchasers, many who are unfamiliar with this area.  Three years after entering the business, Emily acquired a Real Estate Broker's license.  Today she is the President and Principal Broker of the firm that encompasses three offices. Unlike what many might expect from a rural business, Emily is very technically savvy, firmly understanding the impact and value for the business through the use of internet and e-commerce tools.  She holds an E-Pro designation from the National Association of Realtors©, having demonstrated the skills and techniques to effectively leverage those tools.
