Kathy has lived in Kailua-Kona for over 18 years and has a thorough understanding of real estate on the Platinum Coast of the Big Island. She is an expert in luxury residential, oceanfront, commercial and development properties. Kathy holds her degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, Orlando. She has been a record breaking Top Producer from the start of her real estate career, her sales placing her on the top tier of brokers not only on the Big Island, but also in the state of Hawaii.
