Randall W. Hannaway is a founding partner of Colorado Group Realty, LLC, Steamboat's largest and most respected locally-owned real estate and development firm. Randall fell in love with Steamboat Springs 25 years ago, when he stopped by on a motorcycle trip through the Rockies and decided to call it home.

Randall spent six years serving on the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment where he reviewed and approved several of the city's highest profile projects. He has also served two terms as president of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors and was named "Broker of the Year" by his peers.

Randall has become an expert in luxury real estate through the development and sales of several significant and very successful projects. He is sought after for his experience and marketing insight. His strong work ethic, along with his deep commitment to delivering exceptional service to his clients has made him a distinguished leader in his field. Randall recently partnered with a group of investors from around the country to form a development company which focuses on balanced resort communities.

Randall continues to give back to his community by serving as an active member of Routt County Search and Rescue. He currently resides in Steamboat Springs with his wife, Jane, and their two children, John and Sarah. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and has a passion for flying, music and technology.
