As a native of San Francisco, I possess a rather different prospective of our city and have seen it go through a metamorphosis. I have attended high school and college, became an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts here in San Francisco. I´ve had a varied professional life consisting of several years in retail, owned a restaurant and co-owned a real estate company all within our beautiful city. As a real estate investor of nearly thirty years, I have hands-on experience in both sides of the "real estate table". I have found that patience, honesty, professionalism and the ability to know when to shut-up and listen has paid off in many ways. As an experienced negotiator, in this career of mine, I have found that the art of listening is one that is developed through experience and is in short supply in this business. I have recently completed my Corporate Mobility Specialist certification. This is a professional designation awarded through GMAC Real Estate and GMAC Global Relocation Services. This ongoing educational course has added to my expertise and has given me the tools to offer comprehensive and complete assistance to clients moving to or from San Francisco.
