Ian Wolfe

Ian has the fortunate opportunity to team with his parents who together have over 20 years of experience in Denver’s residential real estate market and have been consistently recognized as one of the “top producing teams” in Denver. A Denver native, Ian has lived in the city, as well as the suburbs, and attended both public and private schools. Ian is a graduate of Middlebury college, and a two time All American lacrosse player. 

Ian’s role with this powerful team is focusing on in-town neighborhoods and marketing. He grew up in Country Club and currently lives in the Washington Park neighborhood. He continues to focus on, but is not limited to, Washington Park, Bonnie Brae, Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Country Club, Park Hill, Highlands, and Hilltop neighborhoods. He has been with the team since 2002 and has proven himself as one of Fuller Sotheby’s young stars.

Chris Bouc

Growing up in Omaha, Nebraska, Chris would visit Colorado several times per year knowing at a young age that he would eventually call Denver home. After finishing and undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 1997, he made the move and hasn't looked back. Chris has experience in several areas of real estate including residential sales and development having worked for a developer as well as Exclusive Resorts. Prior to joining Fuller, Chris extended his high-end sales experience by managing the Western Region for Marquis Jet, a private aviation company affiliated with NetJets/Berkshire Hathaway. In the meantime, he also completed a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Chris considers himself a “perfectionist” and prides himself on attention to detail and first-class service. His extensive background streamlines his process with his most savvy clients needs, engaging them in the highest of quality and services.

Throughout his 12+ years in Denver, Chris fell in love with the different neighborhoods of Metro Denver and has lived in several including Cherry Creek, City Park, Park Hill and Observatory Park. This passion for different neighborhoods drew Chris into the real estate arena full time. He brings a passion, enthusiasm and a distinct perspective to residential real estate in the Denver area. He currently lives in Observatory Park with his wife Staci and two young children.
