When Colin Forte (left of photo) started his Real Estate Career he was fortunate enough that his first listing belonged to the world’s number one female singer 'Celine Dion'. Since then he never looked back. Unique in his approach to marketing, he has a clearly defined plan for each listing that he represents. Combined with a great work ethic, his sphere of influence and a little luck, it has propelled him into one of the top real estate agents in the country. Colin is originally from England and came to the US in 1990 to pursue a career as a pilot. He is a certified Flight Instructor and holds an Airline Transport pilots license. After settling in North Palm Beach County in 1994 he owned and operated a small business until he obtained his Real Estate license in 1998. Colin says "After selling Celine’s home, I realized that I had found my niche and never looked back" at which point he turned and gave real estate 100% of his focus. He is married and his wife Sonya who is also a licensed agent. They have four boys. Chris Ellisson a 26 Year veteran of Real Estate and has lived in Palm Beach County since the start of high school in 1977. His career in real estate started with obtaining his real estate license in 1982 at 19 years old. He attended college and graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1986. After college, he laid his foundation in real estate by working as an appraiser for Savings of America. This led to evaluating properties for attorneys as an expert witness. He then went into mortgage banking at California Federal and was eventually was responsible as a Sales Manager where he sold over 250 properties in one year. He is also credited as the founding owner and broker of Prestige Realty Group which recently sold to Cendant. Chris has twin 12 year old boys, three dogs, and a wife Keri who is an elementary school teacher.
