Debbie’s top priority is providing excellent service to each and every client she works with.  Her knowledge, dedication, and professional experience coupled with enthusiasm are a great mix of attributes to take care of your professional and personal real estate needs.  Debbie has a full repertoire of people she trusts that take care of her clients like gold!  “It doesn’t just begin and end with the transaction”, says Sharp, “Service is my top priority, and I am building relationships for life.”  Lisa Fujimoto has joined Debbie as her Business Assistant and Client Services.  Lisa’s primary role is to be in front of their client’s needs and wants.  Debbie and Lisa will continue to raise the service bar in this industry!  Debbie and her resources have the desire and ability to provide you the proper time, service and expertise needed to make you a satisfied client.

Debbie has a great resource center in her web site.  She makes all current market information available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Debbie works exclusively with local vendors that have the best reputation and workmanship to provide you with any service imaginable regarding your home.  She also works with a local marketing company that is experienced and savvy with regards to the San Francisco Peninsula.  Debbie will provide you with a plethora of options and her expertise to prepare, advertise, market and sell your home.  Debbie and Lisa also have proven systems and resources in place to meet the needs of the real estate buyer.  Buyer or seller, they are ready and able to service your real estate needs and wants.  

   

Experience & Education  

Debbie is a results-driven individual with 14 years of leadership experience at Nordstrom Inc.  She held several successful management and buying assignments that lead her to her final assignment with Nordstrom as the Store Manager of the Palo Alto store in the Stanford Shopping Center.  Debbie began her real estate career at McGuire Real Estate in Burlingame.  Having perfected her service and sales skills during her leadership career with Nordstrom, Debbie became a Top Producer in her first year, and continued this achievement in 2004, 2005, and 2006.  Her experiences with such great service-oriented companies has given her a strong foundation for her current assignment at Alain Pinel Realtors in Burlingame, serving San Mateo County.  She and her husband James have lived in San Mateo for several years.  Debbie is a native to Northern California, and James was born in San Mateo.  Debbie finds the Peninsula to be an amazing community to work and reside in. The majority of Debbie’s education is her professional experience.    Debbie’s formal education was earned at California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science.
