Larry has been a Squaw Valley Ski Area local since 1969 and a licensed realtor since 1974. Larry has been in the real estate business in the Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley Ski Area for 35 years. Larry has worked with many CEO's, Chairman of the Boards, Directors, Attorneys, and CFO's of major US and International Companies. He has traveled over the years to over 65 countries and has referred real estate business throughout his career. Squaw Valley is about 5 miles from Lake Tahoe. He is a long time member of the Squaw Valley Property Owner's Association, a founding member of the Squaw Valley Institute, past Residential Director for the Village at Squaw Valley Neighborhood Company, and past Residential Director for the Resort at Squaw Creek Homeowner’s Association. He is a member of the Martis Camp Community Association, Bahama Beach Club HOA, Whitehawk Ranch HOA, Resort At Squaw Creek HOA, and Village at Squaw Valley HOA. Larry has been married to Vikki Ruggiero Lawrence of Marin County,Ca. since 1972. Together they raised two daughters, Chiara and Sabrina, in Squaw Valley. Their son-in-laws are Ron, from Slovakia, and Markus, from Switzerland. They have 4 grandchildren and three generations living in Squaw Valley. Larry enjoys skiing, golfing, swimming, spear fishing and yachting. He has spent approx 5 years of his life in the Bahamas on yachts or on land. He was affiliated with Charles Irwin Yacht Brokerage in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl from 1981-2004, focusing on large power yachts.
