  • I may have been one of those nightmare real-estate clients that didn’t know what the heck I wanted. Moving to Los Angeles for the first time, I didn’t really know up from down, but Kathy was the best person to introduce me to the real estate market: her knowledge and experience all over town is legendary. She came recommended from a friend and she did not disappoint! We quickly discovered I wanted foliage, views and a close-knit feel for my family, without being too far from the city. After some surveying (much of this work was done from out of town by the way) she quickly honed in on the Pacific Palisades and Laurel Canyon areas. When I came in from the East Coast with my Husband, she devoted two full days of listing appointments to us, and we came home knowing that we’d found our dream property in the Palisades. She went above and beyond in coordinating inspections (even having an assistant of hers oversee them as we were not in the area). By our move-date we had closed on our dream property and even had time for minimal aesthetic improvements. Kathy really went above and beyond for my family and I cannot recommend her enough.
