Paul Bowyer is a highly regarded international property designer and developer who has spent the last twenty two years designing and building some of the worlds most luxurious homes.

Born in England, Paul has worked on many projects in England, Spain, the USA and Switzerland. During this period he has been a regular visitor to Switzerland, and in particular Zermatt, which he has visited each and every year for the past 20 years.

It was during his trips to Switzerland that he developed a passion for skiing and the outdoor lifestyle of the mountains. Five years ago he decided he was no longer content with city life in London, and in order to spend more time in a healthier environment with a better quality of life, he would need to move. This resulted in him moving permanently to Zermatt, the worlds leading mountain resort and arguably the best ski destination in the world.

Once he arrived and decided that he would remain in Zermatt for the long term, Paul formed a luxury property design and building company, ZLP Zermatt Luxury Property AG, which specialises in designing luxury space, from the initial concept to actual construction and full interior design. All of Paul’s projects are unique and fully bespoke, using only the finest quality local materials as well as environmentally sustainable materials sourced from all over the world.

Paul has gained his vast experience over the years by working on a diverse range of projects. These have included the complete restoration of historic Grade II Listed Georgian mansions, transforming them into luxury living accommodation, to the complete design, construction and interior design of modern penthouse apartments with cutting- edge interiors, as well as exclusive and unique waterside homes with private boat moorings.

More recently he has been working on creating the finest mountain chalets, having just completed a large luxury chalet which is being used as a boutique hotel. Further hotels and chalets are planned in the near future.
