Lori Ann Sutherland

Treating clients like family is both a guiding principle and a way of life for Lori Ann. She is dedicated to listening intently and matching individuals and families with the properties that best suit their needs. As a full time realtor, Lori Ann will work to ensure your buying or selling experience is as positive and seamless as possible.
Lori Ann has spent her entire life on the Peninsula, and given this, has extensive knowledge of the realty landscape. After graduating, she worked in Victoria for the Ministry of Finance and then moved onto her passion of raising youth. Lori Ann and her husband, Darryl, operated a group home for teenage children and then continued as a parent for children with special needs. Before moving onto Lori Ann’s passion of Real Estate, she opened, owned and operated a small retail business in Brentwood Bay.
Lori Ann brings her experience as special needs foster parent and a small business owner to real estate. She learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive and a strong advocate.
The mother of two successful daughters, Lori Ann has coached softball, served on the Peninsula Minor Hockey executive, sat on the school P.A.C. and helped organize many community events. Now a Grandmother of three granddaughters she looks forward to helping the next generation.It would be a pleasure and an honour to serve as your realtor!
