Chris is an expert in the upscale Eastside communities of Issaquah & Sammamish, Bellevue, Redmond, Carnation and Fall City.  She specializes in representing quality lifestyle waterfront properties, view homes, and fine acreage estates throughout the region as well as the highly sought after executive communities within the Issaquah and Lake Washington School Districts.  Chris is recognized among peers for her accomplished sales record and for her honesty, integrity, & care with which she oversees each client's needs.

Offering professional service is important to Chris.  She has represented some of the region's largest employers including Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, Washington Mutual, Quest, GE, DaimlerChrysler, Costco, IBM, and Starbucks, among others.

Prior to joining Ewing & Clark Christine worked at Coldwell Banker Bain, Issaquah, having joined the office as it opened in 1994 and achieving their highest corporate designation of International President’s Premier.  She also served as a Founding Director of their Exceptional Properties Committee focused on the marketing of luxury homes and on the Bain Agent Board of Directors.

Christine also brings to her clients strong finance and lending expertise with experience as a Mortgage Banker and, during the 1980’s, managing an REO portfolio for Washington Mutual with direct responsibility to acquire and liquidate properties taken back thru foreclosure.

Chris lives in Sammamish with her husband, Greg.  Her twin children, Jay and Melana, live locally.
