Kay has been an active Broker, licensed with the Real Estate Commission, since 1998. She serves the Lake Norman and surrounding areas. A native of Charlotte, growing up in the Historic Arts District (better know today as "NO-DA"), Kay offers 25 years of personal experience, past and present. In 1979, Kay and her family relocated to Lake Norman where they found their own "Parcel of Heaven".   Living on Lake Norman for over 27 years and experiencing the positive growth around the 500+ miles of shoreline has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge in the current real estate market.  Strong family and business ethics are the primary tools that Kay utilizes as a guide to structure her relationship with clients.   "The idea is not reinventing the wheel, it is sharpening the tools that built it the first time around."
