Originally from Alberta, Canada, Laureen moved to San Diego in 1987. In 1988, Laureen received her real estate license followed by her real estate broker license in 1990. Over the years, she has worked for Orange County and San Diego land developers & production builders, Rancho Santa Fe custom home builders, property management companies, investors and residential home owners. Laureen has owned investment properties throughout California (Cambria, Lake Tahoe, Mammoth, Lake Arrowhead, Rancho Santa Fe and Downtown San Diego) and is very well versed in 1031 exchanges. With over  20 years of selling San Diego real estate she has sold homes in Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe, Rancho Bernardo, and downtown San Diego.
