Kelly Kraus recently received the Realty Guild’s Presidential Award, given for exceptional sales success.  This is the sixth consecutive year she has been honored by the firm as either a Top Producer or Presidential Award winner.  Her passion for real estate and attention to detail enable her to consistently meet her client’s needs whether buying or selling.  She also has unbeatable local knowledge.  Kelly and her husband, Steve relocated their family from Manhattan to New Canaan 12 years ago.  Raising three boys in New Canaan has given her insight into the many benefits New Canaan has to offer.

Prior to joining the Realty Guild, Kelly honed her marketing skills in the advertising world in New York as a Creative Director, where she won many industry awards including Clio and Communication Arts prizes.  She graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor degree in journalism and communications. An active community volunteer, Kelly has served as the PTC president of South School, as well as being a past board member of the New Canaan Board of Realtors and the New Canaan High School PFA.  She also volunteers her time to the Center for Hope and New Canaan Lacrosse Association.

In her spare time Kelly enjoys traveling and spending time at her family’s home in Amagansett, NY.
