Nelda chose to specialize and limit her market area to high end water front properties on Manasota Key. No one knows as much about the properties on Manasota Key as Nelda and her associates. Nelda believes in giving back to the community and has found time in her busy schedule to serve as past president of the Elsie Quirk Library Board, past president of the Women's Board of the Venice Hospital Foundation, served as a director on the Bon Secour Venice Hospital Board, served on the Venice Hospital Foundation from 1984 until present and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board and was named Chairman Emertitus in December 2001. Nelda is presently on the board of the Hermitage, an Artist in Residence project on Manasota Key. Nelda also serves on the Interagency Council Board. Hobbies include tennis, yoga, traveling, and reading.
