Based in the Brisbane inner eastern suburb of Hawthorne, CBAPA is handling a string of properties, many of them exclusively, from Brisbane's north to south, in the inner-city suburbs, throughout the south-east corner from the city to the Gold Coast and about the coast and Hinterland.
CB Australasian Property Alliance Principal, Rob Hunt, joined the Queensland Police Service as a teenager and rose swiftly through the ranks to become a detective attached to the Homicide Squad. Mr Hunt served at posts, both in and out of uniform, from Brisbane to Rockhampton but in 2000 left the police force to join the property industry. Rob worked in the position of Project Marketing Manager for PRD Nationwide Brisbane Corporate Office and later took up the postions of sales and affiliates manager.
Chris Rutherford, CBAPA's Managing Director, possesses an extensive history in human resource management ans was previously in charge of one of Brisbane's largest and busiest police stations. This background has allowed Mr Rutherford to bring a wealth of managerial experience to the company and is complemented by his impressive academic track record. Chris has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Queensland along with a Bachelor of Business and a Masters in Public Policy and Administration.
Paul Kim is CBAPA's priceless link to the overseas market, particularly South-east Asia. APA's Vice President has a diverse background in overseas recruitment, marketing and customer relations and has certainly demonstrated his project marketing expertise with his sales overseas and locally to date.
Stephen Conde is the Research Manager for APA. Stephen has a Master of Education (TESOL) and a Bachelor of Arts in Thai Language and Applied Linguistics. He has lived, worked and studied in Thailand for five years and he and his Thai born wife and two children have now settled back in Brisbane. Stephen has extensive networks within the Thai community, both in Thailand and also within the South East Queensland international education arena due to his previous life as an English language teacher at a leading English language centre here in Brisbane.
