Group Rate: $369, Run of House
Includes discounted daily resort fee, basic Wi-Fi in guest room, discounted overnight self-parking, 15% discount on Agua Serene Spa services.
Room rate available until April 22, 2024. Hotel reservations made by un-registered guests are subject to cancellation by LRE® and the hotel. You must be a full registered attendee of the conference in order to reserve rooms in the event room block.
Location & Transportation
The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Spa is located in Greater Palm Springs, California. The Resort sits in the heart of Indian Wells and a taxi ride from the El Paseo Shopping and Dining District.
The resort location provides easy access to three airports. The resort guest services team at can assist you with making reservations in advance of your arrival for transportation to and from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), Ontario International Airport (ONT), and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Palm Springs International Airport (PSP): 15 miles, 30-40 minutes
Ontario International Airport (ONT): 86 miles, 1.5 hours
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): 140 miles, 2.5 hours

If your notice of cancellation is received inside of 2 weeks prior to the ticketed conference, your registration fee is forfeited to LRE®.
