SARATOGA, CA - Ten real estate professionals and three sales teams with Alain Pinel Realtors (APR) have been named to “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by Real Trends and advertised in The Wall Street Journal. Earlier this year, Real Trends also ranked the Northern California brokerage as number one in the U.S. for the highest average home sale price as part of its 2018 Real Trends 500 list, and sixth largest residential real estate company in the nation based on closed sales volume.

The Thousand real estate professionals was announced on June 29, 2018. It honors the top 250 residential agents and agent teams among four categories for excellence in sales volume and transaction sides as both individual sales professionals and team professionals.
Eight of the 10 individual APR agents ranked within the top 200 agent rankings of Real Trends, as did all three APR teams within that category.
