Baseil maintains relationships with the most prominent owners and developers in New Jersey, which has enabled him to successfully represent an expansive list of corporate and entrepreneurial buyers and tenants during his career.
Baseil is a graduate of Jersey City State College (now New Jersey City University), and has furthered his commercial real estate education via seminars on environmental laws, building codes and real estate and tax laws.
