This first home stands as the top sale of the year for Russ Lyon|Sotheby’s International Realty – closing at $12,750,000. This jaw-dropping estate, located at 5901 E. Edward Lane in Paradise Valley, was sold by Russ Lyon|Sotheby’s International Realty Agents Jay Pennypacker, Debbie Negrin and Will Foote.
