In tandem with this announcement, Dan Forsman congratulated Kerman Haynes, who has guided the Midtown Office as Managing Broker, on his new appointment as Senior Vice President of City HAUS, the firm’s luxury condominium marketing and development division. 

Valerie Levin, whose real estate career spans three decades and is recognized as a trailblazer and innovator, explained, “My job is to help our agents grow and become the very best professionals in our market place. An accomplished equestrian and a lifelong horse enthusiast, Valerie is a member of the United States Equestrian Federation & Georgia Dressage & Combined Training Association.  She does dressage, show jumping and cross country jumping.  Her beloved horse, “Sonic a.k.a. All About the Boom,” was brought back from Ireland for her by her trainer; he is an Irish Sport horse.  An advocate for all animals, Valerie often says, “Precious pets are gifts given to us by our Creator.”  In the real estate volunteer arena, she currently serves on the Training & Development Committee and P.R. Committee of the Atlanta Realtors Association.   A Buckhead resident, Valerie Levin and her husband are the parents of one daughter.
