1493665132DENVER, CO - From philanthropic pursuits, to serving as patrons of the arts, brokers and staff of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) show their true and patriotic colors by participating in a flurry of community activity recently in spring 2017. “LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is known for its highly active brokers within the community,” said LIV SIR public relations manager, Brittanny Havard. “Their continued involvement in the communities they serve demonstrates integrity and increases the overall effectiveness and community presence of the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brand.”

Cherry Hills Village: On April 15, 2017, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty broker, Todd Groth, and several representatives from Bikes for Humanity, held a bicycle drive collecting bicycles to send to those in need in Africa. The event took place at Saint Gabriel’s Episcopal Church, and over 30 bikes were collected and will be sent to rural Africa to address a fundamental barrier to development and health care.

“Many of us have bikes that are unused and just sitting in our garages,” said LIV Sotheby’s International Realty broker, Todd Groth. “This organization sends 400 bikes to Africa in a shipping container, and then makes a bike shop out of the container.  I wanted to organize this event so my friends and neighbors could have a convenient place to drop off their bikes so we could help fill the next shipping container.  Philanthropy is a big part of our organization and I enjoyed helping out!"
