SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Holly Welch has joined the ranks of Zephyr Real Estate’s booming Marin office. She is a long-time Marin resident and is devoted to both her community and her profession.
Welch is an alumnus of the University of Arizona, where she majored in communications. She spent 10 years in sales and property management before making a logical transition to real estate.
She is committed to exceeding expectations and delivering extraordinary results with a distinct flair for matching clients and properties. She approaches each opportunity with enthusiasm, integrity and great attention to detail.
Welch is an active member of her community and has served on several boards including the Bay area Discovery Museum Council, Ross Valley Nursery Board and Kentfield Schools Foundation Board. A mother of three, she has been team parent for many soccer, basketball and baseball teams. She swam competitively in college and has taught Masters swim classes as well as triathlon training. Her love of Marin and the Bay Area includes a serious devotion to enjoying the Giants in Friday night orange.
