1467060137SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Katharine Holland’s “Corgi Realtor” video continues to garner recognition and acclaim, the most recent being its nomination for an Inman Innovator Award. This annual award is given to recognize and celebrate innovation and accomplishments in the highly competitive real estate industry.

Holland was recognized earlier this year by Placester, a real estate website and marketing platform, which named her real estate videos as one of the “best real estate marketing plays from 2015.” Following quickly on the heels of that announcement, she was nominated for and received the “Best Realtor Award” by the Bay Area Reporter’s annual Besties Awards. Next, she was awarded the Outstanding Online Video award from the Web Marketing Association at its annual Internet Advertising Competition.1467060118

This latest nomination from the Inman is equivalent to an Oscar nomination in the film industry. Brad Inman, entrepreneur and publisher, is the undisputed authority in the real estate field, and his experience and knowledge date back to his years at the San Francisco Examiner as a syndicated real estate columnist.

Winners of the awards will be announced at this year’s annual Inman Connect conference at the special Innovator Bash scheduled for August 4. More than 100 companies and individuals nationwide have been nominated in eight categories. The awards identify the leaders in the industry for challenging the status quo and changing the way business is done. “Once again, the spotlight is shining on Katharine,” commented Matthew Borland, Managing Broker at Zephyr’s Upper Market office. “She brings a high degree of creativity and excellence in all she does, and we congratulate her on yet another achievement.”

Holland joined Zephyr primarily because of its reputation for raising the bar in innovation, marketing and technology. Holland is a Realtor and a broker with 14 years of real estate experience and a multitude of happy customers.

She is an active fundraiser for the LGBT community, and is a member and former Board member of San Francisco FrontRunners. She co-founded an LGBT sailing/racing team, which competed in the Gay Games in Sydney, Australia.
