The event will serve to help the community familiarize themselves with the home-buying process. Torres and Garcia will explain The Buying Process, shed light on what to expect regarding current market conditions, offer advice to ensure buyers don’t over-pay for a home, and share information on various communities within Denver metro and the surrounding areas.
Additionally, the seminar will offer financial advice including credit coaching, free credit checks, and down payment assistance information, ultimately guiding people toward being in a position to buy.
