On Tuesday, Monson, who represented the seller closed the highest sale ever for a single family residence in Flagstaff with the $4,100,000 sale of a home on Barranca Drive in Pine Canyon.
The $4,100,000 sale broke the previous record, also set by Monson of $3,275,000 in November of 2014.
The 12,000-square-feet property sits on more than 1.20 acres on the 9th green and 10th fairway on the award winning Pine Canyon Golf Course. The luxurious mountain retreat features reclaimed wood flooring from the 1800’s throughout and offers 5 bedrooms, 8 baths, 3 bonus rooms, its own movie theater and room for more than 10 cars
