Following on from the opening of the Kensington Church Street office in mid-2015, Harrods Estates has expanded its Chelsea office (opened 2013) to accommodate for the growing demand for luxury property within Chelsea.
Having spent six years at Chestertons handling ultra-luxury transactions, Mark Greenway has 
joined as London Residential Sales Manager and brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the luxury London property market. With excellent contacts and a keen eye for detail, Mark is looking forward to working in a new area of Prime Central London.
The Chelsea property market has seen strong growth in 2015, with a changing buyer profile driving the market. There has been a strong demand for lateral apartments, with demand rising by nearly 50% this year, according to LonRes figures. Chelsea has always been popular with British buyers, and Harrods Estates has seen a small rise in British passport holders buyers purchasing in Chelsea, along with a large rise in mainland European nationals such as French, Italian and German nationals purchasing in Chelsea to take advantage of its laid-back elegance.
Tobias King has joined as a new Lettings Negotiator and is looking forward to working with the eye-catching luxury properties that Harrods Estates specialises in. His interest in interior design and architecture, and his fascination with the history of London, makes him a knowledgeable addition to the Harrods Estates team.
