Gary Taylor, Broker has been with Chestnut Park since June 2015 and he has had a busy summer, listing and selling as well as working on renovating a building at the crossroads of downtown Wiarton that will serve as his real estate headquarters.
Downtown cores play a vital role in our communities. Apart from being the centres for commerce and employment, they are community gathering places and a good indicator of a community’s pride as well as social and economic prosperity. In addition, a downtown’s architecture is a visual display of a community’s history. With that in mind, Gary has been working closely with the Mayor, Economic Development Officer and Town Council to ensure that the renovations meet the historical integrity of the community.
Members of the Chestnut Park Collingwood office recently visited Wiarton to show their team spirit and to support Gary in his endeavours. Joining the group was Mayor Janice Jackson, Economic Development Officer Danielle Mulasmajic and Councillor Matt Jackson. They presented Gary with a Certificate of Recognition. Gary is excited to expand the Chestnut Park brand throughout the Bruce Peninsula and surrounding area especially with his new office in Wiarton. The Chestnut Park representatives that attended all commented very favourably that the community support being shown to Gary’s business plans is very encouraging. Gary is looking forward to supporting the future growth of Wiarton and the South Bruce Peninsula. It is exciting to be a part of what he sees as a ‘rejuvenation’ of the downtown core and area!
