Elite Pacific Properties Expands its Property Management Division with New Director of Property Management

She has more than 20 years of expertise in the field and will be responsible for growing and managing all non-vacation rental property management business statewide. Elite recruited Charlotte from Metropolitan Management Company out of Seattle, Washington, where she spent the past two years as Director of Operations. There, she oversaw a staff of more than 80 employees and managed a portfolio of over 2,300 units which included retail, residential and commercial.  In the area of commercial properties, Charlotte was responsible for overseeing tenant improvements, customer service, client relations, vendor negotiations, and increasing cash flow.   Prior to Metropolitan, she held leadership positions in other west coast property management firms covering Montana, Idaho, California, and Washington, for companies such as American Property Management, Allied Residential, and Holland Residential.

With two decades of real estate experience in multi-family housing, Charlotte also possesses a comprehensive background in both conventional and affordable housing communities, high-end conventional lease-ups, repositioning assets for sale, market research and development, owner and fee management, multi-site management, renovation, and the refinancing of apartment communities.
