1440106248NEWPORT COUNTY, RI – Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of the historic ‘Stonybrook Carriage House’ at 502 Indian Avenue in Middletown, Rhode Island for $3,575,000.  The transaction represents the highest sale this year in Middletown.

This historic gem designed by Horace Trumbauer, made of stone and slate with bluestone terraces on two beautifully manicured acres, offers panoramic views of Indian Hill.  The property included a custom pool, spa, pool house, and two elegant guest houses.
