A total of 51 individual brokers achieved $10 million or more in total sales volume each last year, while 23 real estate teams posted or surpassed a total of $15 million each in total sales volume for 2014. This outstanding performance places Kentwood Real Estate at the top of all real estate brokerages in the nation.
Kentwood Real Estate posted $2.1 billion in closed sales volume in 2014 representing 3,776 real estate transactions with an average sales price of $553,391. Kentwood’s brokers averaged nearly $12 million and more than 20 transactions per agent, which ranks among the highest totals per agent annually on a national level.
