SPRING LAKE, NJ - Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate today announces broker associate, Brian Church, has earned a 2014 Platinum NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® for closing $30,859,326 million worth of real estate transactions last year on 41 units.

Church has been recognized throughout his career, including NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2008-2011-Silver, 2000, 2002, 2005-2007-Gold, 2012- Platinum. This has also earned him the prestigious Distinguished Sales Award in 2014.
After retiring from a successful career as a corporate executive, Church began selling real estate in 1999. He also served for several years on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, spending three of those years as their president. As an agent with the Spring Lake office, he earned his broker’s license in 2013.
