1422033320WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Wydler Brothers Team is proud to announce its partnership with A Wider Circle to help families in need in the Washington, D.C., community. In 2015, Wydler Brothers, along with the help of its partners, will donate 1,000 beds to A Wider Circle.

A Wider Circle is dedicated to ending poverty in the United States, starting with those impoverished in the D.C. metro area. In pursuit of that mission, they provide furniture and other items to their clients, but their greatest need for 2015 is beds. In any given year, for example, A Wider Circle gets requests for up to 12,000 beds. That’s why for every home bought or sold with a Wydler Brothers agent in 2015, the lead agent will donate a bed to the campaign. To help reach their goal of 1,000 beds, Wydler Brothers has teamed up with several strategic partners. For every Wydler Brothers purchase/sale that involves one of these partners, that partner will also donate a bed. These partners include KVS Title; Client First Settlements; Metropolitan Movers; Patrick Gardner with 1st Portfolio Lending; Jonathan Okun and Ryan Dailey with Prosperity Home Mortgage; and Mark Hennessy with State Farm Insurance.

Hans Wydler and Steve Wydler (aka the Wydler Brothers) are excited to launch this campaign. “Our team is thrilled about partnering with A Wider Circle and hope to not only meet but exceed the 1,000 Bed Challenge. We love the idea that helping people buy and sell homes will result in helping local families in need,” said Steve Wydler.

The Wydler Brothers Team is a Long & Foster residential real estate team formed by Hans and Steve Wydler specializing in fine homes and condominiums throughout the greater D.C. metro area. With close to $1 billion in sales since their inception, they are among the highest producing teams inside the Beltway and currently ranked No. 38 in the United States by The Wall Street Journal.

A Wider Circle’s mission is to end poverty. The organization’s holistic approach focuses on providing essential items, such as beds, dressers, couches and dining room tables and chairs, and comprehensive job training. Last year, the organization served more than 20,000 children and adults in suburban Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.
