ATLANTA, GA – Harry Norman, REALTORS is pleased to announce the hiring of David Allsteadt as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Allsteadt will join Harry Norman’s executive team, overseeing all financial operations for the company. We are thrilled to welcome him to the Harry Norman family.
Allsteadt is an experienced Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience and joins Harry Norman, REALTORS after a successful career in finance with the real estate industry in both Clearwater, FL and Atlanta, GA. Most recently Allsteadt was V.P. of Finance for the Docufree Corporation. Working with senior and staff level employees, Allsteadt generated successful solutions for process improvement initiatives, revenue enhancement and cost control programs, which resulted in improved profit performance for organizations like Price Waterhouse, Arvida Realty Services and Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC. Allsteadt’s specialties include financial statement preparation and presentation, accounting policies and procedures, financial forecasting and analysis, strategic planning, corporate controllership, cash management, GAAP and tax compliance, SOX audit and compliance, acquisition due diligence and merger integration.
Allsteadt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Allsteadt is a graduate of the University of South Florida. He is also active in the community and volunteers as Assistant Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.
