1420676462DENVER, CO – A new name marks a new beginning for luxury real estate powerhouse Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty, which has done business under the Fuller name since the company’s inception in 1999. The popular firm, which encompasses 10 offices and 250 brokers, spans metro Denver to the Vail Valley. The firm believes the name LIV accurately reflects the modern, lifestyle-oriented approach to real estate clients appreciate and expect.

2015 marks a new chapter in our successful history and exciting future, as we begin doing business as LIV Sotheby’s International Realty,” said Scott Webber, president. “Our new name, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, symbolizes action … the life you live and how you live it. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is about lifestyle, and as a verb it presents opportunities for our brokers to communicate to clients the essence of living in Colorado. We will continue to focus on the highly respected Sotheby’s International Realty name, our most valuable point of differentiation.”

While the name LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is new, the brokerage will continue to operate as the same known and trusted Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage, only better, with 2015 projected sales surpassing $2 billion dollars. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is using its new name to launch a series of compelling branding initiatives including a facelift to its website, a refreshed blog featuring content geared toward Colorado living, and a new look to its widely distributed magazine, formerly Connoisseur, and now, LIV magazine.

To help announce the name change, Wendy Purvey, chief marketing officer of Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates, traveled to Denver to be a part of the company’s announcement event, held at the Denver Art Museum on January 6, 2014. The internal announcement was followed by a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel that evening.

“The Sotheby’s International Realty brand is known for quality and a focus on lifestyle,” said Purvey. “The name LIV Sotheby’s International Realty boldly expresses the unique lifestyle of Colorado, and what it means to truly live and reside in one of the most beautiful areas of the world.”

To meet the growth the firm has seen in its six years as the area’s exclusive Sotheby’s International Realty company, the new 100 Saint Paul building, under construction in Cherry Creek, will serve as LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Cherry Creek sales office and headquarters, providing support to its additional nine offices throughout Colorado. The new building is scheduled for completion this summer.
