1417723693Before joining Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty, Smith served as the former owner of Century 21 Advantage Plus Realty located in Greenwood Village, CO, where she was a top ten broker throughout her tenure in the Rocky Mountain region. Before that, she served as co-owner and vice president of Interstate Engineering in Houston, TX, where she headed the relocation department for the firm.

Smith also served as the vice president of the Builder Marketing Division for Van Schaack & Company, where she gained valuable luxury and custom home experience. She honed her knowledge of the building industry by working as a corporate sales manager for Richmond American Homes and gained valuable insight into the mortgage industry by becoming the top producer for Country Wide Home Loans and branch manager of the Parker location in 2013.

Smith’s professional designations include Master of Real Estate (MRE), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Her expertise has earned her several real estate specific accolades.

Smith received the International Presidents Circle award, and the International Diamond Society award, her first two years at Coldwell Banker NRT’s Greenwood Village office. Additionally, she is the recipient of the Distinguished Service and Quality Service award for her professionalism as a Colorado real estate broker.

Highly involved in community service, Smith served on the government affairs committee at the Douglas Elbert Board of Realtors and is a volunteer instructor for the American Red Cross. Her affiliations include the women’s council of realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Douglas County Board of Realtors, South Metro Denver Board of Realtors, Jefferson County Association of Realtors, and the Aurora Board of Realtors.
