CHARLESTON, SC - Carolina One Real Estate Services is proud to announce that five new sales associates have signed on with the company in four of its local offices.
In Summerville, Lisa Carver and Krista Alexander have joined the Trolley Road office while Ricardo Magana has chosen to affiliate with the Main Street office. Additionally, Patricia Ann Fuchs will work from the Highway 17 North office in Mt. Pleasant while D.J. Piazza will associate with the company’s Downtown Broad Street office.
Lisa Carver was born in Portland, OR and has called Charleston home for the last three years. Carver was previously employed by the Boeing Corporation before choosing a new career in real estate.
Krista Alexander has a degree in the Humanities for the University of Maryland’s University College in Adelphi, MD. Alexander previously worked as a US Army Broadcast Journalist.
Ricardo Magana is a native of Monterey. CA and has lived in Charleston for the past five years. After receiving an Arts degree from Trident Technical College, Magana worked as a customer service specialist for both Comcast and North Charleston based VIP Marketing and Advertising.
Born in Dayton, OH, Patricia Ann Fuchs is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University and has lived in Charleston since 2002. Specializing in residential real estate for the last 12 years, Fuchs was also a sales and marketing director for Lucent Technologies.
David J. Piazza is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans and a relative newcomer to the Charleston area. Piazza previously worked as a dockmaster, an EMT and a baker. He enjoys baking, sailing and bike riding.
