The free agent websites pack all the features and functionality of the full Zephyr website into an individual website with customization for the agent. With the addition of a mobile-optimized version built in, agents can now offer clients the best user experience whether on a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Zephyr’s website includes MLS-powered property searches enabling users to easily find all available properties for sale in San Francisco. Property searches are by neighborhood rather than zip code, providing users a more refined and detailed search, which includes photos, detailed descriptions and property features. Searches can be further filtered by bedroom and bathroom count, parking availability, property type, price and much more.
Clients who register with a free MyZephyr account will find even more detailed features. For example, users are able to find additional properties not available on public websites, search pending and sold properties, save searches and favorites, receive new listing and price reduction email alerts, and use Zephyr’s exclusive Home Tour tool. This tool allows the creation of a customized tour map when planning a tour of Sunday open homes. All of the personalized saved information, from searches to tours, is available from anywhere for those with a MyZephyr account, whether utilizing the full site or the mobile site.
