Teles Properties Opens Lounge Office in Carmel, Marking Foray into California’s Central Coast

1386270134BEVERLY HILLS — Teles Properties today announced the opening of a “lounge concept” office in Carmel, extending the Southern California-­based firm’s presence into the ultra-­affluent Monterey Peninsula.

The new office, to be located at 26135 Carmel Rancho Boulevard, will cater to clients in exclusive towns like Carmel, Pebble Beach, Big Sur, and the rest of the Central Coast. The facility will offer clients full-service operations with state-­of-­the-­art technology. That “boutique experience” will provide access to local Teles listings, as well as the entire Teles Properties client base and the international network of luxury homes and estates.

Teles agents in those new locations will have access to unprecedented tools and technologies, including marketing, research, transaction and administrative support; full access to the Teles Marketing Studio with ad agency quality artwork; signature 48-­hour Integrated Listing Launch Process; research and analytics expert for market research and valuation analysis; fully integrated listing coordination, marketing and design support; dedicated in-­house transaction coordination support; and access to Teles University’s coaching and professional development.
