The buyers, Edward Lavin and Jennifer M. Bruder, were represented by Brad Webb of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Lorraine Dauber of Stribling & Associates was the listing broker for No. 17/18C, sold by Coke Anne M. Wilcox for $10,196,130, and for No. 18B, sold by Walter S.
