Ed Biddison began his professional career as a real estate appraiser in 2002, while pursuing his degree in Finance at the University of Florida. He possesses both broad and specific knowledge of our entire region and has successfully closed sales in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Matlacha. Ed’s appraisal background is especially useful to his clients throughout the negotiation process. Stacy Shedd Originally from Bremen, GA, Stacy has been a resident of Fort Myers, FL for 19 years. He became involved in Real Estate 19 years ago by way of title insurance. Stacy worked at locally owned title insurance for three years. Stacy knows Southwest Florida well. As a member of Royal Shell Real Estate, he continues his passion for real estate and building relationships with new clients along the way.

Mindi Goldberg has goal to not only to help her clients find a home, but a great investment for themselves. Born and raised in Southwest Florida, Mindi has spent all her life living and working here. She has un-paralleled knowledge about the area; it's growth, the great investment opportunities, fishing, boating, golf courses, and all of the amenities that make SW Florida such a desirable location!

David Steele is originally from West Chester, PA and he moved to Bonita Springs in 1987 with his parents and two older brothers. He was able to start and finish all his schooling in Lee County and he attended the schools of Spring Creek Elementary, Bonita Springs Middle School, Estero High School, and Florida Gulf Coast University. Needless to say, he has spent his life watching Southwest Florida prosper into the beautiful area it is today. He transitioned to real estate when he retired from professional golf in 2011 and met his wife, Joshlyn, a Commercial Real Estate Agent in Naples. David’s passion for superior customer service allows him to dedicate himself to the satisfaction of each and every customer.

Vivienne Sinkow Residing in Naples since 1989 growing with the area and familiarizing herself with each new community as they developed. Vivienne has been selling and listing properties from the Gulf to golf courses since 2000 retaining and maintaining excellent relationships with her clients. Specializing in matching her client’s needs to the right community from Lely to Estero; Vivienne listens to their concerns, diligently searching high tech bases, then visiting the communities to find the right lifestyle suited to each one.

Jan Boeglin has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. She is also involved in the Naples Chapter of Executive Women’s Golf Association, and is a member and past President of the 18-Hole Women’s Golf Assoc. at Spanish Wells. She is a founder of, and is currently a volunteer in the Clowns on Rounds program at Naples Community Hospital.

James Boeglin brings many years of experience to the real estate business, having negotiated many real estate and business transactions on behalf of clients and customers. His legal background and practical, common sense approach to problem solving is helpful in all phases of a real estate transaction. He is currently a member of the Bonita/Estero Area Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors, and has earned his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.

James Griffith is an attorney from Cleveland Ohio who holds BBA and JD Degrees from CWRU. He is an honorary member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In 2009, he became a licensed Community Association Manager, a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and a Realtor, then joining the Boeglin Team to focus more on residential real estate sales. He brings his organizational, analytical and research skills to the Boeglin Team, as well as his calm demeanor and highly developed negotiating talents.

Fred Cuthbertson received his Florida real estate license in 2011 and joined the Boeglin Team shortly thereafter. Fred is newer to real estate, but is not new to sales and marketing. His experiences have included selling mainframe computers and software applications. A graduate of Lehigh University, Fred has expertise in various technologies including e-commerce, and vertical industry software and hardware applications. He has years of management experience in operations and sales, and has added a unique dimension to the Boeglin Team.

Starr Mier Starr loves SW Florida and prides herself on her knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information. Starr is a customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service. Jean Baer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Administration from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Much of her career has been spent in both the Resort and Real Estate industries which have allowed her to interact with people from all over the world. Jean has provided joy to many individuals wishing to fulfill their dreams of property ownership in Southwest Florida. Volunteer positions and awards have included: 6 year past board member with the Sanibel-Captiva Chamber of Commerce, the 1992 employee of the year with the Florida Hotel Motel Association, current chairperson for Lee Cancer Care, board member with Florida State Family Connection, and several other local committees. Jean is also a Florida Licensed Auctioneer specializing in benefit auctions.
