The real estate firm’s Incline Village, NV office welcomed former Sierra Nevada College ski racing champion, Chad Hedlund, to its north shore location. Sporting one of the industry’s more positive attitudes, Hedlund will be the first to note how much he enjoys the challenge that comes with resolving his clients’ needs and fulfilling their desires. “I have learned the best way to approach any professional relationship is to become extremely personable with the customer, to truly listen to all that they have to say – and then place myself in their shoes,” said Hedlund. In addition to his real estate career, Hedlund is an FIS Ski Coach with the Squaw Valley Ski Team and is involved in the construction business with Incline Builders, Inc.
