A longtime resident of Laguna Beach, new Surterre agent Amy Kramer combines a broad understanding of the community and a wealth of experience in several aspects of real estate with a passion for helping her clients.
Having spent several years working for her husband’s custom home building company, she’s seasoned in the art of investing, and she leverages her firsthand expertise to the benefit of buyers and sellers alike.
“From the initial purchase and financial backing, to building the property and closing the sale, the experience I’ve gained working on the investment side has been vast,” she said. “With every transaction, I’ve learned a great deal.”
