Barbara Candee Inducted into Daniel Gale Sotheby's Hall of Fame

1333668472Locust Valley, NY -April 4, 2012 - Barbara Candee, a veteran Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty (DGSIR) associate broker (Locust Valley office) and vice president of the upper tier marketing program, was recently named to the Daniel Gale Sotheby's Hall of Fame. Membership in the Hall of Fame, which was established in 2002 to pay tribute to outstanding professionals in the organization, is based on years of exemplary service, consistent performance and outstanding community involvement.

Barbara is well known throughout Locust Valley and its neighboring communities, and has spent the major portion of her adult life there, acting as the listing agent for some of the most prestigious properties in the area, as well as playing an active role in the community's "not for profit" and social activities. She is a Board member of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and Boys and Girls Club of Glen Cove. She has played a significant role in the growth of Daniel Gale Sotheby's regional prominence and is a long time member of the organization's Gold Circle of Achievement.

With this latest honor, Barbara joins previously inaugurated Hall of Fame members Margy Hargraves, Regina Ravn, Vera Wiedenhaefer, Miriam Ainbinder, Debra Petkanas, and Peggy Moriarty.
